Lindsay began working as a veterinary assistant in 2005 and joined Heartland in 2012. She graduated from University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology and is currently attending Seneca College’s Veterinary Technology program. Her particular interests are behaviour, nutrition, and senior pet health. She is a student member of the Society of Veterinary Behavior Technicians, is Low Stress Handling® and Fear FreeSM certified, and strives to make every pet’s visit as easy on them as possible, especially those scared or difficult kitties! Lindsay is owned by two senior cats named Boots and Snowy, who run a very tight ship. When not at the clinic or studying, she enjoys reading, practising yoga, and watching the Toronto Blue Jays. “
